ABOUT THE POSITION
Support in the origination, structuring and execution of operations, being fully responsible for the operational aspects of the transactions and the training and oversight of analysts.
The main functions will be:
- Collaborate with the Senior Product Specialist in the origination of operations (pitches, Request For Proposals, price & conditions, deal's signing and closing...) considering the client's financial profile and market / industry variables.
- Structuring and execution of live transactions, including day-to day ownership of client deliverables and the review of the deal documentation.
- Oversight and contribution to the preparation of financial valuation, preliminary transaction price advisory and fairness opinion.
- Oversight and contribution to the preparation of presentation books, management presentations, board materials, memoranda, and other presentation materials for use in transactions or strategic client dialogue.
- Participate in substantial day-to-day client contact at senior levels and client servicing during the end-to-end deal execution.
- Liaise alongside other CIB products for fostering product's cross-selling and with CIB support units for the deal execution.
- Begin to build long-term external relationships and manage accounts. This could include conducting new business presentations and developing new ideas for business at a relevant client level.
- Oversight and contribute in the internal and external administrative tasks.
- Engage in recruiting, training and mentoring of junior specialists and interns.
Requirements
- Minimun 6 years of experience in similar functions.
- Advanced user of Excel and PowerPoint.
- Fluency in English (C1 level); Spanish is a plus.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Experience in coordinating multi-stakeholder projects.
