As a result, the team maintains a comprehensive view of the various initiatives being developed across regions and business lines, with the objective of supporting the achievement of CIB’s strategic goals.
About the role:
You will be a senior member of a team responsible for defining and driving CIB’s strategic direction, ensuring alignment with the rest of the Group. You will be involved in strategic and transformational projects within a dynamic, results-oriented team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy & Execution: Lead the definition and execution of strategic projects, ensuring they align with BBVA Group and RCP goals.
- Transformation: Drive major transformation initiatives across various products and geographies for greater scale.
- Leadership Support: Facilitate key decision-making for CIB leadership and support top management with strategic presentations and market analysis.
What are we looking for?
Experience & Background:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Sciences, or a related field; MBA or relevant postgraduate degree preferred.
- Fluency in English (minimum C1; C2 preferred).
- Proven experience in strategy and/or business development.
- At least 8 years of experience in a similar role.
- Knowledge of CIB is an advantage.
