
Job Description
Lead the annual marketing strategy and execution for assigned Lung oncology indications, driving sustainable growth through deep market insight, strategic stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the annual marketing plan: positioning, segmentation, multichannel tactics, and operational roadmaps with clear KPIs and timelines.
- Analyze market dynamics and key accounts (public and private): competitive landscape, access pathways, decision mapping, demand forecasting, and business scenarios.
- Work along with Oncologist and other specialties involved in the Lung Cancer patient journey
- Design and implement effective engagement plans with key stakeholders (oncologists, pneumologists, medical societies, payers, hospital decision-makers, KOLs, patient advocacy).
- Build data-driven commercial strategies using demand, sales performance, adoption by indication, and execution metrics; implement dashboards and test-and-learn routines.
- Operate cross-functionally with Access, Policy, Medical, Sales, Regulatory, Compliance, Supply, and Finance to align evidence, pricing/reimbursement, and execution.
- Plan and deliver EMC activities with scientific, logistical, and compliance excellence; measure impact and optimize.
