
Responsible for planning, designing, implementing, and managing training and personnel certification process, complying with the guidelines of the business and the law.
A. Conduct training needs assessments with each department and identify gaps. B. Build up the Master Training Plan according with training needs and budget. C. Design and develop training programs, in order to comply with the Master Training Plan. Coordinate all the logistics needed to manage the training such as session´s sceduling, coffee break, materials, presentation, facilities, etc. L. Ensure compliance with legal STPS requirements related to trainings. M. Lead the commision: ""Comisión Mixta de Capacitación"". N. Manage DC formats.
Bachelor's degree in Administration, Business, Psychology or equivalent At least 3 years of experience in training function At least 3 years of experience in HR in complex organizations (manufacturing/ production plant). Experience in greenfields proyects (new operations) is a plus Experience coordinating/supervising/managing people Advanced knowledge in Training Laboral Law. Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office programs including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. Fluent in English at business level (speaking, reading and writing). Proactive & results driven. Customer Focus. Strong communication skills. Must be detail oriented. Highly organized. Must be able to demonstrate good service attitude. Must be able to work on all shifts as required.
