Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with the master plan for equipment and system calibration and qualification at the site, guaranteeing continuity of manufacturing and quality control operations.
- Develop and implement continuous improvement strategies to optimize calibration and qualification management, maximizing process availability and reliability.
- Guarantee that all equipment and systems comply with GMP regulatory standards and applicable regulations for world-class operations.
- Coordinate and manage contracts with external suppliers for specialized calibration and qualification services.
- Provide technical training and continuous development to the team, fostering a culture of operational excellence.
- Manage the department budget and lead cost-saving projects (3P) aligned with site strategic objectives.
- Provide technical support to CAPEX projects to ensure GMP compliance from design through implementation.
- Lead and coordinate local and global audits, ensuring team preparedness and effective response.
About You
- University degree in Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related fields.
- Solid experience managing calibration and qualification processes in regulated manufacturing environments.
- Deep knowledge of regulations and standards with focus on calibration, qualification, and GMP compliance.
- Proven leadership skills with ability to influence and collaborate across different organizational levels.
- Exceptional analytical capability to solve complex problems with results-oriented approach.
- Advanced English (oral and written).
- Strategic thinking with focus on risk management and data-driven decision making.
