What You’ll Do
Job Summary
Leads pricing realization (RPI) effectiveness and ease of doing business by optimizing and improving digital tools such as CPQ, SAP, and Power BI to manage discounts, Special Price Agreements (SPAs), price lists, and quotations, ensuring products remain positioned at targeted strategic market levels.
Acts as a strategic integrator between Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and senior leadership to align pricing strategy, monitor profitability (GM%), and identify cost‑out and margin‑protection initiatives that safeguard the P&L.
Owns market intelligence and price positioning analytics, leveraging dynamic databases and emerging AI capabilities to collect competitive insights and develop price‑positioning maps that support fact‑based decision‑making.
Works as a Project Manager, leading cross‑functional teams to deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget, while reporting timelines, progress, risks, and mitigation plans to stakeholders to ensure disciplined execution and successful outcomes
Leads the quoation team and continuously drives automation to streamline the quotation process, reducing manual workload and enabling the team to focus on higher value‑added activities. Ensures a compelling value proposition and sustainable win‑win outcomes for customers and the business. "
Job Responsibilities
- Collects price intelligence to monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and customer behavior, enabling data-driven decisions that optimize profitability and strengthen competitive positioning.
- Ensure price compliance by implementing discount controls and enforcing the use of authorized price lists (domestic and import) aligned with commercial policies and channel programs.
- Lead annual price adjustments, incorporating product updates and customer-specific feedback to maintain market relevance and profitability.
- Drive successful commercial digital transformation, AI and builds organizational capabilties and task automation through the implementation and adoption of tools such as CPQ, Order Center, and Salesforce CRM.
- Manage technical product assistance, trainings and commercial quoting activities, to deliver accurate, timely, and value-driven offers.
- Design and deliver technical presentations and training for internal teams and external customers to strengthen brand positioning and enhance product knowledge.
- Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and milestones to ensure disciplined execution. Proactively identify, assess, and manage risks and issues, driving timely resolution.
Qualifications
Education level required
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Industrial Mechanical or Commercial Engineering
- Diploma - preferred
Years Of Experience Required
- >5 Years in Pricing Roles or as Product Manager
