What You’ll Do
Job Summary
Leads Marketing Communications and Brand strategy for Mexico and LATAM, translating commercial priorities into high‑impact brand, digital, and demand‑generation initiatives. Owns the MarCom roadmap, budget execution, performance analytics, and digital transformation plan, enabling sales effectiveness, accelerating lead conversion, and strengthening Eaton’s value proposition across channels and markets.
Job Responsibilities
- Strategy & Brand Leadership - Own regional MarCom and Brand strategy aligned with GEIS LATAM growth priorities
Define clear positioning, messaging, and go‑to‑market narratives
- Demand Generation & Digital Transformation - Lead digital platforms (website, SEO/SEM, e‑commerce assets, automation)
Own lead‑nurturing and CRM integration model
- Commercial Enablement - Develop sales tools (digital & physical) that drive conversion and differentiation
On-time support in key growth initiatives (“needle movers”). Leads and manages the Co-Marketing Fund with our distributors to ensure brand and spent alignment
- Performance, Analytics & Budget - Own MarCom budget planning, execution, and ROI
Define KPIs, dashboards, and control mechanisms
- People & Cross‑Functional Leadership -
Lead and develop regional MarCom analysts
Act as a strategic partner to Sales, Product, and Leadership teams
Qualifications
Education level required
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, engineering or similar area. Master degree (preferred)
Years Of Experience Required
- >7 years in Marketing Communications B2B or Product Management
Area of expertise
- Must have strong B2B profile in Branding, Communications, Marketing, SEM/SEO, Business Analytics
Technical knowledge
- Experience as Manager of People +3 years (must)
- Advanced English (must)
- Design Software expertise (Indesign, Illustrator, Adobe Creative Cloud, Photoshop, Corel Draw, etc.)
- PowerPoint advanced (must)

Communication (internal and external)
- Internal Communication Scope: All departments and functions within GEIS LATAM and the division.
