Global Sales and Structuring (GSS) department of Global Markets (GM) that is responsible for selling GM solutions to any BBVA client segments.
This position is allocated to one of the GSS sales teams, Global Internal Networks (GIN) , based in Madrid. At GIN we take care of bringing GM product catalogue to clients belonging to both BBVA networks, Banca de Empresas e Instituciones (BEI) and Banca Comercial (BC).

About the role:
- Responsible for delivering GM products to current segmented Family/Multifamily Offices in BBVA Networks.
- Define and develop the Business Plan, including opportunity sizing and growth potential.
- Design and execute the commercial visit plan in coordination with DRs/ DTsAct as the primary point of contact for the client base.
- Coordinate with other CIB Spain areas to drive cross-selling initiatives.
- Coordinate GSS teams to optimize client coverage and operational execution.
- Monitor and report activity across all relevant stakeholders: CIB Spain, GM Spain, BEI Spain, BC Spain, and GSS.
- Ensure full compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements, as well as BBVA policies and standards.
What are we looking for?
- A senior and dynamic professional with solid experience in commercial management and a high level of interaction with Family Offices and Multifamily Offices in Spain, with in-depth knowledge of their needs and the ability to identify opportunities in investment banking and financial market products.
- Knowledge or previous experience with financial products.
- We are looking for an organized and systematic person with a high capacity for teamwork and coordination between the different areas involved.
