
A. Coordinates all activities in manufacturing extension including inbound and outbound (Direct & Indirect) and assurance supplying to production lines avoiding disruptions. Ensures accurate material identification and inventory management following FIFO principles; consolidates low-consumption materials and proactively communicates supply risks to the Planning function. Maintains strong system discipline by ensuring timely and accurate Oracle transactions, managing a high transaction volume (1,000+ per day) while sustaining data integrity. Reviews, analyzes, and drives closure of inventory and shipping discrepancies, including under-shipments, over-shipments, negative inventory, and materials pending capture (MPC). Ensures full execution of daily, weekly, and monthly shipping commitments through effective planning, resource allocation, and monitoring. Establishes, maintains, and improves standardized work instructions for all activities within the assigned area, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and repeatability. Reviews and validates operational and administrative reports, using data to identify trends, drive corrective actions, and support continuous improvement initiatives. Administers and controls indirect materials and consumables, ensuring availability while maintaining cost discipline and inventory accuracy. Drives continuous improvement by identifying inefficiencies, proposing improvement ideas, and ensuring timely completion of Elijo Cero cards. Bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration or related fields required. B. C. English - language capability, speaking, reading & writing required 90% D. Strong leadership skills must be capable of leading the team on a continuous journey of sustained improvement. A. Commodity Management: Competency is the knowledge of total commodity management processes, including vendor selection, material purchase, performance metrics, and continuous process improvement. B. Contract Management: Contract Management competency is the knowledge of solid and consistent architecture of supply chain contracts and agreements including terms, timing, and language. It includes the ability to develop complex business arrangements and to manage major company purchasing contracts. Product/Process Development & Launch Product/Process Development & Launch is the knowledge of product and proposed manufacturing processes to facilitate the key phases and requirements of an effective new product development and launch - i.e., Advance Product Quality Process (APQP), PROLaunch, etc. This competency includes an in-depth knowledge of and the ability to utilize tools such as PFMEA, Control Plans, Characteristic Matrix, Gage Capability, Process Capability, Preventative Maintenance, Machine Run-Off, etc. F. Sourcing & Supplier Selection/Management Sourcing and Supplier Selection/Management is the knowledge of commercial purchasing practices including foreign currency fluctuations, duties and tariffs, quality standards, legal/regulatory requirements and cultural differences that affect the commodity purchase transaction. This competency includes the ability to effectively source supplier products and services as well as manage the performance of the selected supplier.
