Bachelor's Degree in Engineering from an accredited institution Minimum of five (5) years working in new product development or sustaining product engineering Hands on experience with mechanical assemblies, ideally automotive types CAD and PLM system experience, examples of 2D drawing and specification creation
Candidates must be legally authorized to work in Mexico without company sponsorship, now or in the future.
Experience with electrical power distribution and protection products Experience with packaging definition of Printed Circuit Boards and Experience with wire routing (ideally on automotive products) Experience with Stamped busbar and electrical contact system design Experience with Solid Works (preferred), CREO-ProE, NX or CATIA Experience directing, interpreting and making design decisions from mechanical design analysis performed with FEA software tool Experience with DFx practices: Manufacturing, Test, Repair, Quality Ability to work with cross-functional team across the globe
