What You’ll Do
Job Summary
Carry out all preventive maintenance of plant equipment for the proper functioning of the operation, as well as auxiliary equipment and the building in general. All this based on the guidelines of Safety and Quality.
JobResponsibilities
- Make good use of materials, machinery, tools and accessories for the development of the work.
- Use the PLEX system to keep records of adjustment and maintenance of work equipment.
- Report any deviation in the work entrusted that puts at risk the integrity of the personnel or the product.
- Be on time in your area in the agreed schedule, as well as in break times established by the company.
- Maintain a safe, clean and orderly work area.
- Use at all times the personal protective equipment required for the work area.
- Comply with the requirements of the Internal Work Regulations (RIT).
- Authority to stop machinery and/or equipment when it is not working properly.
- Authority to plan with his team the preventive and corrective maintenance of machinery and/or equipment.
Qualifications
Education level required
- Univeristy Degree or Technical Career required.
Years And Area Of Experience Required
- 5 years or more in similar position.
Technical knowledge
- Electricity, electronics
- Knowledge in Pneumatics and Hydraulics
- Computer knowledge Preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Knowledge in 5S'. Administration.Basic CSR. Average Troubleshooting.
