Identifies most potential customers and business opportunities in the assigned territory to achieve monthly sales quotas.
Prepares weekly and monthly sales forecasts by customers and by product lines.
Prepares monthly Projects Forecast (Quotation Log) and yearly Prospection Matrix.
Prepares personal expense forecast for the own operation.
Control and maintain all the expenses below the plan.
Prepares sales presentations to create product understanding and awareness. Builds and strengths relationships with key customers and channel partners to enhance long-term business prospects.
Load all the opportunities into the Hit Rate Program and accomplish the PRO Launch ETO process.
Follow up all the quotations until be allocated with the purchase order.
Administers all phases of sales process to ensure effective and timely customer service and response.
At the end of the month prepares the Commercial Operation Report (COR) with all the activities developed and Market information recollected.
Sells assigned product platforms to targeted customers in designated geography with the objective of optimizing sales volume, product mix, and increase profit margin. Platforms include Services and Products.
Pay attention and follow-up of the Credit & Collections actions of the assigned Customer Portfolio to avoid and solve any issue can drive into Credit Hold status.
Visits and continuous follow-up with the main industries within his region.
Approach to engineering firms, the Colllege of Engineers, and Associations related to the Electrical field and the Industry.
Meet any other activity assigned by your supervisor or special requirements of the company.
Upload your quotes and projects into 360 program, follows up and update in the same file. update the Chess file and follows their customers visit´s.
Active participation in continues improvements programs and committees.
Active support on audits and assessments.
Know and comply the Policies: Global Ethics, Values and Philosophy, Management Environmental Safety and Security and Health (MESH).
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Electromechanical, Industrial Engineering or related field from an accredited institution required. Minimum of 3 years on electrical industry sales experience (Must). Preferable Low & mid tension but not mandatory Electrical Control and Distribution Products and Services Knowledge. Experience at Master on sales, markets, products, investment, and strategies. Must have good verbal and written communication skills in English Spanish required. Proficiency in computer skills Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, Power Point). Capacity to manage several projects and decisions at the same time as well as interrelation with all kind people at all levels of the organization and with our customers, channels and end users.
